Solution: Most likely this is an issue with our ISP's server. Frequently your information "took" meaning that you got registered but we couldn't generate a confirmation for you. You should email us at registration@urban-research.info with your name and for which city and date you were trying to register.

Problem: I only have access to Netscape and not Internet Explorer.

Solution: Please email us your name, city, date, address, telephone number and email address and indicate your method of payment and we will register you and send you a confirmation via email. You should email us at registration@urban-research.info.

If you want to pay with a credit card, indicate that in your email and we will call you for your credit card info. Please do not email us your credit card information.
