We are happy to provide you with a completed W-9. Please email info@urban-research.info with W-9 in the subject line and we'll email you one within 2 business days.

Do we accept purchase orders?
Yes! Just check the "Purchase Order" check box on the registration page and fax a copy of the PO to our accounting department at 503.249.1465. If you need more information about POs, please email info@urban-research.info.

Do we accept American Express?
Yes, as well as Visa and Mastercard.

How can I get directions?
Please visit our directions page.

I have an accounting issue, who can I talk to?
You may call us toll free at 877.241.6576 or email our accounting department at info@urban-research.info.

How can I get another copy of my registration or receipt?
It may take up to five business days to provide you with copies of your registration confirmation, receipt or invoice. To receive a copy of your registration confirmation, please email info@urban-research.info. You may also want to check your email inbox because we send a copy via email automatically. To receive a copy of an invoice or receipt for payment, please email info@urban-research.info.

Is this a one or two day workshop?
All workshops are one day workshops.

What is the cancellation policy?
You must cancel in writing at least four full business days prior to the workshop. Otherwise we will expect payment.

How is the virtual workshop different from the non-virtual?
It's not different at all in terms of content.

Is lunch included in the registration fee?
No, but light snacks are usually included.

What level of expertise are workshops geared toward?
It's designed for beginners and more experienced analyst alike. We intentionally keep workshops small in order to provided one on one assistance to those that may need it.

Are scholarships available?
Not at this time.

How large are the workshops?
Typically workshops are not larger than 20 students per class and each student has their own computer to work on.

How often do we update our materials?
We update our materials weekly so you can be assured of always receiving up to the minute information.

Can I get an extra copy of a workbook?
Extra workbook copies are $20 for students that have taken the workshop previously and $99 for people who have not taken the workshop, but would just like to buy the materials. To order books, please email gclemmer@urban-research.info

Is there a group discount?
Currently there is not. If you have a larger group you might consider a customized workshop. Please email gclemmer@urban-research.info for more info.

Do we do customized workshops?
Yes, we do customized workshops for up to 24 students. It is a flat fee cost of $3,000 and we provide all materials and licensing. For more info please email gclemmer@urban-research.info.
